I have got to say Killeen Jason's Deli out did themselves today for me. I'm down with a nasty migraine, and decided to order food to be delivered. I was very happy with how my food was packaged and taken care of when it was delivered to me. The portion sizes are great, the food was packaged in paper bags and stapled, then put in a large plastic bag carefully, so nothing spilled through the bags They included the silverware. I ordered sweet tea, and it's perfect. Not too sugary, and not too much ice in them. It wasn't watered down at all. The soup, both Chicken Alfredo's were hot and fresh. I also ordered some Gingerbread Muffins and they put extras in there. The whole experience was just wonderful. I called and spoke to the manager, her name is Brandy, and I let her know how happy I was with the service I got from them. She was the one who packaged my food carefully, and I thank her very much for that. She let me know the crew members names who also helped with making my food. Thank you to Telly and Ahmarre as well. Job well done guys!!! I hope more people call and give you guys compliments on how you take care of their orders, and not just negative phone calls coming in. The general public needs to recognize the good jobs that are done, and not just the negative. Thank you for a great meal!!

I just want to give recognition to Connor, who was more than eager to answer any and all questions I had, provide me with recommendations for different meal options (based on his consideration of any dietary constraints I had), and look up any information he could provide me to make sure I had a more convenient and satisfactory customer experience. It truly makes a difference when you have team members that value kindness and consideration. I have certain health conditions and am unsure if (or when) I'll even be able to eat, but I truly appreciate Connor's patience and assistance. My customer experience with this employee honeslty helped brighten my day.
One of my favorite places to go for lunch. We went for dinner last night. We ordered the quarter mufaletta with a cup of chicken pot pie and the blt bowl and added salmon. They forgot the chicken that comes in the bowl but quickly fixed the situation. Everything was delicious. We had toy be floats to to of the night. The free ice cream is a plus to any visit. I love the fat service, clean atmosphere and friendly staff.
Jason's Deli is a comfort place to me. Depending on the time of day, everything is stocked and clean. I love ❤️ how well maintained and organized the salad bar and drink station are. I have never been disappointed by the quality of the food and service!!!
We stopped at Jason’s Deli in Killeen, Texas, for a late lunch on a Tuesday. There was no wait at the counter and plenty of open seats. Of all the sandwich shops out there, Jason’s Deli gives the most meat for your money….by far! I got a Reuben the Great full sandwich with salt and vinegar chips and my wife got the Manager’s Special with the New York Yankee, jalapeno chips, and a cup of chili. My wife asked for a hoagie roll for her sandwich and added lettuce. Both sandwiches were excellent. A great meal and great value when compared to other sandwich shops. Plus, you get free soft-serve ice cream! If you are looking for a sandwich, go to Jason’s Deli. Based on our experience, you won’t regret it!
Went to the Killeen location and Mr Joey was amazing from beginning to end.. he was very polite and friendly.. we had the manager special and unfortunately they ran out of soup one lady said they was done but Mr Joey went out his way to please us and made us a fresh new batch.. we need more customer services like this.. thank you Joey
Jason’s Deli – Store #053, Killeen, TX What an experience! We’ll definitely be back. We tried the Spud Au Broccoli and the Beefeater Sandwich, both were incredibly fresh and flavorful. The service was superb, with every employee looking sharp, friendly, and welcoming. They offer free beverage refills, and the cherry on top, literally, was the complimentary ice cream. A detail that really caught our attention was their community spirit: on the tables, there’s an ad about “Spirit Night,” where they donate 20% of proceeds to a nonprofit of your choice. That says a lot about their commitment to giving back. Prices were fair, the food was outstanding, and the atmosphere made us feel like family. Highly recommend!
Wanted something light for lunch. Had the chicken salad with chips. We also had the salad bar which was great. The restaurant is clean. The wait was not too bad, even though I was hungry- not their fault. You take a table after you place your order and it is bought to you. Food good-Felt better when I left. The restaurant is in a shopping center so parking was good. Clean restrooms. Friendly professional staff. Thanks Jason's Deli.
